Life…and all it’s Hues
Most of us at one time or another experience deep hardship within our minds, hearts, bodies and spirits. Life feels stormy, chaotic, unclear, and vulnerable. So many times we are born within hardship and soo many times challenge finds us whether we are ready for it or not.
Life for me was born in the chaotic, liminality of this mysterious Universe. I was born dying. I didn’t breathe for thirty minutes and had numerous fissures to my precious skull. But somehow I became alive and from that dying while birthing experience I found home as a growing human in the space that had no explanation. I found home in the starry night sky and in the mountains and stones, rivers and rain of the our precious Earth Mother. I found home too, in my body and all her sensations that tethered me to not be just alive but be inspired to understand all the space between being born and dying: LIVING AS PART OF CREATION.
Healing is Mythological. A Quest to be sure. Healing takes steady and determined integrity within the mind and heart of an individual. Psilocybin is quite wonderous as well. It has a capacity to usher transformation and regeneration which is astounding.
My desire is to be a loving presence and guide as you invoke courage and go on a journey to feel deep and deeper, remember your wholeness, and embody your infinite potential.
I am endowed with somatic awareness and a deeply profound Trust of the capacity of our Beings to dive deep inside ourselves-The holy & the hard- and come through with resource, wisdom and love.

With over two decades immersed in plant medicine ceremonies, I merge my roles as a Birth Doula, Somatic Therapist, Movement Educator and Bodyworker with a profound reverence for psilocybin's transformative power.
Through the labyrinth of chronic pain and childhood trauma, I was blessedly unearthed by the transformative power of psilocybin, a sacred key that unlocked the gates to deep healing and inner awakening. My path has been one of beautiful discovery, where the mystical properties of psilocybin intertwine with the somatic realms of the body, offering a holistic approach to healing and growth through shadow and light.
As a Mother, I infuse my practice with compassion and a deep connection to the wisdom of the body. Guided by a spiritual affinity for nature and the mysteries of existence, I hold space for others to embark on their inner odyssey, trusting in their innate ability to explore and heal.
My mission is to serve as a vessel of presence for healing, supporting others along the path of self-discovery and transformation. With an open heart and a reverence for the vastness of existence, I walk the path of the Psilocybin Facilitator, offering as a beacon of hope and healing in a world in need of profound transformation.
